Project Overview

Purpose

This project is designed to provide needed resources and expand the skills and knowledge base of providers who deal directly with patients on complex financial issues surrounding their cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Objectives

To expand the skills and knowledge base of providers who deal directly with patients on complex financial issues surrounding their cancer diagnosis.
To develop enduring educational materials by which to train new staff.
To provide skill-based educational materials for program staff currently providing financial counseling.
