Do You Treat Patients with IMRT in Your Oncology Practice?

If so, take our poll.

In the 2013 proposed Physician Fee Schedule rule, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing to make drastic cuts to IMRT, nearly 40 percent. CMS believes that the treatment times for this procedure can be reduced and proposes to pay only for 30 minutes of treatment for IMRT. ACCC is concerned that this time does not include the pre-treatment and
post–treatment work done at the physician office.

Let us know how much time, on average, this procedure take. We will compile that information and include it in our comments to CMS.

Do you treat patients with SBRT in your oncology practice? If so, please take another minute to complete this second quick poll.
