On August 31, 2015, ACCC provided comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the proposed 2016 Outpatient Prospective Payment System rule.

ACCC Conference Call on Final 2015 OPPS Rule

On Tuesday, Nov. 18, ACCC hosted a members-only conference call on the final 2015 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) rule. An archive of the call is available here (login required).

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the final 2015 OPPS rule on Oct. 31, 2014. Under the final rule, overall OPPS payments are estimated to increase by 2.3 percent for CY 2015.
